ZCP's reduce the parasitic financial losses associated with control commissioning and call backs. Furthermore, you will never have to worry about guessing what parts to stock or how a system is piped since the ZCP is an electromechanical device like all the others in the home which means it is a standardized catalogue product complete with installation, operation and maintenance manual.
Current models have optional remote control and data logging for enhanced off site management.
"Put one in the other day...Prepiped, prewired, ...This panel is controlling and entire house radiant with under floor Radiant-Traks. Design water temperatures only varied by 20 degrees so therefore this panel was perfect to save ALOT of time and SPACE. After the Radiant-Traks and Pex tubing was installed and pulled back to the boiler room, it literally took us only half a day to finish. That day we started at 12 noon (it was Sunday!), hung the panel on the wall, piped to the boiler, hooked up the pex, purged, and by 5:00 the heat was on."

Industry Featured Project
Referenced in several industry magazines this project underwent a complete mechanical overhaul with some of the very first ZCP's ever made. Project included removal of gas fired domestic water heater, two furnaces and a pool heater. New system includes a single boiler serving a snow melt system, radiant floors and walls, pool heating, two fan/coils, steam humidifier and a preheat/reheat exchanger for domestic water.

Industry Featured Project
This 7800 sq. ft. ICF Home was recently covered in HPAC Canada, Business Edge News and RPA Report. It has a single high efficiency wall mount boiler serving 14 zones of radiant floor heating, reheat coils on three HRV's plus indirect fired domestic water heater. A total of six ZCP's manage the fuel and power consumption for the entire project. Installation by Nu-Man Contracting.

Nu-Man Contracting of Calgary retrofitted this multi family project with and ECM and SIM panel. Significant reductions in fuel and power were obtained from the retrofit.

Property of The Year 2000, Gold Medal Winner
This Howard Johnson is a 200 room, three story project nestled in the Canadian Rockies. Finished in 1997, the radiant heated project uses earlier version of the ZCP COM series panels in conjunction with PTAC heating and cooling units.
