Orders quoted in another currency are
quoted subject to currency fluctuations at time of billing.
ZCP work with clients through long term contracts to reduce
the impact of currency changes.

Freight, Brokerage and Insurance |

Unless otherwise noted, prices and quotes are F.O.B.
Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Freight, brokerage and insurance
are by customer unless negotiated otherwise.

Thought every possible effort is made
through quality control, there may be circumstances for field
repair or as a last resource to replace a
ZCP. In both cases please contact ZCP prior to repairing or
replacing product.

ZCP Mfg. Inc. tracks the quality of
solder and electrical connections. Currently the product
experiences a 1/10,000 report.
